The Pashtun Tahafuz (Protection) Movement also known as PTM has organized hundreds of protests all over the world. They are demanding the release of Manzoor Pashteen, a prominent human rights activist in Pakistan and the leader of PTM.The Protest was organised by PTM Holland and highlighted the Pashtun struggle for justice.

On January 27 2020 several prominent human rights activists affiliated with PTM were arrested, among which the leader of PTM. These arrests are in a series of actions taken by the Pakistani establishment, intelligence service ISI and Pakistani Army to silence the peacefull movement.
